2026 Grant Cycle is Here!
The Junior Board of Rock Island, in partnership with the Moline Regional Community Foundation, is excited to invite all 501(c)(3) organizations serving youth ages birth–12 to apply for a 2026 grant!
If your organization is making a difference in the lives of children in Rock Island and Scott Counties, we want to hear from you.
Funding Available
Grant requests between $500–$3,000 will be considered.
Areas of Focus
Programs must support youth (birth–12) in one or more of the following areas:
- Children at Risk
- Literacy
- Education
Ineligible Requests
To ensure the greatest community impact, the following will not be considered:
- Political fundraising
- Salaries, benefits, or administrative costs for start-up programming
- Fundraising events that benefit individuals
Important Dates
- Applications Open: March 2, 2026
- Deadline: April 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon)
- Review Period: Late April–Early May 2026
- Award Notifications: Mid-May 2026
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted through the Moline Regional Development Authority.
